However,givenmore complex business environment nowadays, Project Management has become a necessary tool for successful strategy implementation. Many researches have shown that most failed strategies are not the result of poor strategy formulation, but implementation. Therefore, Project Management enhances the efficiency as well as the effectiveness of the strategic projects – in simple words – to meet the organization’s requirements on time and within budget.
